Kitchen:
inside and outside of he refrigerator/ washing machine/ range hood/ exhaust fan/ cooking stoves/ microwave/ oven/ kitchen cupboard

Washroom:
exhaust fan/ bath tub/ washing sink/ toilet/ bath shower sliding door/ mirror cupboard/ bathroom cupboard

Room:
closet/ bookcase/ working desk/ bed (could change the bed sheet)

Basic detergent and cleaning material that our company provided:

Materials :
Broom/ mop/ bucket/ glass brush/ non-reusable toilet brush/ small brush/ towel and scouring pad/ etc.

Green Care professional
Environmental qualification:             

* additional charge for strong degreaser、special staining detergent、disinfectant、stone cleaner、disinfectant and pine water

* if customer need large amount of special staining detergent (such as oil stain and pain), additional charge would be charged  depending on the situation

The fee includes cleaning tools, detergents and vacuum cleaners. If located in Hong Kong Island or not near to the MTR stations will be quoted separately. In case you need us to provide ladders, you must charge an additional $300. 

Reminder:

1. The price shown on the table are only for reference. The price should depend on the situation of the room/house. The duration time and materials in the cleaning procedure also depend on the situation of the room/ house. Our company could not guarantee that the time and the price is exactly the same for each time.

2. Please make sure the room is all empty, without any furniture’s and workers inside the house when providing cleaning service

3. After the service provided, customer need to confirm that is satisfied with our service provided. we would not take any responsibility on the complaints after our cleaner left the service area.

4. In the service providing period, if the customer have any lost due to the workers’ negligence, our company would compensate HK$100.

5. Based on the third party insurance and employees safety concern, our cleaner would not provide any window outside cleaning. If you need the window cleaning service, you can choose our professional window cleaning service.  

6. The period of one month before the lunar new year holiday to the seventh day in lunar new year holiday, the cleaning service price would replace by another price list.
